Directors
The executive directors of CNG Holdings are:
Stephen Rothman holds a business qualification, with a focus on strategic management, and is the CEO of CNG Holdings (Pty) Ltd and managing director of NGV Gas and Virtual Gas Network and CNG Technology. He has a successful background in top management, having established major production and distribution projects in South Africa. In the past seven years he has focused on Natural Gas, CNG and LNG technology, both internationally and introducing the technology into the South African market.
Zazi Dladla is a director and founder of Sakhikusasa Projects and West Point Enterprises, who project managed boiler operations, installations and network at various government hospitals for the Department of Health. He has vast experience as a senior manager and director in numerous organisations, including the transport sector, and is well-positioned to introduce CNG to various industries in South Africa.
Thabiso Mageza, BCom, MBL (Unisa), is a director of Sakhikusasa Projects and Audit Committee Chairperson for the Department of Labour. He has many years’ experience in senior management positions.
Rothman, Dladla and Mageza are also executive directors of the three subsidiary companies – CNG Technology, NGV Gas and Virtual Gas Network.
The following are non-executive directors of CNG Holdings:
Gordon Odgers, BCom, CA (SA) AEP (UCLA), is a director in various large organisations and has many years’ experience in senior management positions.
Vusumuzi Dube is a Project Manager in the Mining and Mineral Beneficiation Unit at the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa (IDC), with many years of experience in the resources sector in South Africa. He holds a BSc Degree in Mining Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.
Nicole Moonsamy is a Senior Account Manager at the IDC. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant, with a BCom from Rhodes University.
