After 13 years as director of a creative agency in Johannesburg, Sophia can attest to having extensive experience in the communications field, with particular emphasis on conceptualizing communication channels and approaches, maximising their effectiveness. One of her most valuable attributes is her ability to “translate” company strategy and associated information into key messages for varying audiences, and applying that messaging across multiple channels. With a host of local and international awards under her belt, including Gold Quills from the International Association of Business Communicators, Sophia has proven her ability to deliver the highest quality of work.

 

Prudence McLean

After a 10-year career as a Pastry Chef both locally and abroad, Prudence moved into Hospitality Training for 4 years, before ending up at an employee engagement agency in Johannesburg. With a keen eye for detail, Prudence has proofread articles, intranet content, eCards, newsletters, briefs and debriefs, as well as managing company financial administration. Her copywriting experience includes cheat sheets, training material, eCards, SMS content, blog articles, website content and more for a range of clients.

Graham Hankin

As graphic designer and layout artist, Graham has been working in the industry since 1998. In additional to stints in the UK and Australia, he has added software training to his repertoire of talents. From annual reports, coffee table books, newsletters, brochures, leaflets and magazines, to short- and long-term communication campaigns and conference material, Graham has extensive experience in all things design.

With more than 20 years’ experience, Wayne specialises in managing integrated graphic design projects across print and the web, and including (among others) advertising, publications, annual reports, exhibitions, products and packaging, websites and illustration. His portfolio includes both internal and external communications, marketing and branding projects for, among others, Adcock Ingram, Rhone-Poulenc Rorer Pharmaceuticals Inc [Sanofi-Aventis], Anglo American, Altron, National Research Foundation, Thrip, Ericsson Sub-Saharan Africa, Bayer (Pty) Ltd, The Aurum Institute for Health Research and Sasol.
