We’re here to make your life easier and your communication better and that’s why we believe in following a simple working process. It goes something like this:

 

Once contact is made, a brief is taken. We prepare a cost estimate and project description, outlining the services and time we believe are required to meet your need. Once approved, we will take a face-to-face or online brief, at which point all background info, project key contact details, source documents, imagery and any other relevant project information is handed over, and delivery deadlines are agreed upon.

 

A first draft will be provided for review – our cost estimate allows for two reverts – this is when you request us to change something, we make necessary changes, and then it happens again. A final draft is submitted for sign off, and that’s a wrap!

It’s important that our clients are as committed to us as we are to them, which is why we request all new working partners to pay a 50% deposit on all new projects. As a small team, we also believe in working smart, to ensure we can supply the resources you need, whenever you need them.
